Here’s an oddity: Attard railway station as it could have been. Dated 1904, this extravagant and wildly over-ambitious proposal was never pursued, but a more modest rebuilding of the station occurred around 1910. This basic 3D model is created from the original drawings.
For anyone fascinated by the Malta Railway, or indeed the tramway, the National Archives of Malta have very recently made their digital scans of plans available at new and decent resolution via their collections website.
