Attard – A driver’s-eye view.

Another photo from my friend at the Malta Study Circle. Attard station in a quiet moment, the photographer taking advantage of the lull and standing on the track looking directly towards the cutting and overbridge beyond the station limits.

The station was rebuilt in this form around 1910, this photo probably dating to around the time of WWI. There are two large urns guarding the west end of the station of the standard 1912 Malta Railway design, one either side of the tracks.
